wow, someone did it. install XP on mac.

| so i'm writing this mst algorithm and all's fine... up to ~30000
nodes... and THEN i tried it on 60000 nodes and it started breaking.
great. i bugged two tfs, made a total fool out of myself, only to
realize that I had been using short int this whole time!!!!!!
SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD.
such a mortifying experience....

| this is hilarious. on some bbs some guy wrote about 'do not put a lightbulb in your mouth', as slippery as a bulb might be, it can go into your mouth but won't come out.
the obvious results? several ppl tried to do it after reading the post... and have unfortunately proven that that is indeed the truth.
so wanna know why though... (normally you'd think this action is bidirectional... as if you can simply "undo" everything you did to remove the lightbulb, but apparently not so easy.)
any one wants to attempt it?

| taking an algorithm class, quite happy in general.. BUT...
how the hell r u supposed to prove an algorithm is correct....?
i tried to "prove" some algorithm in english, but when i looked over my "proof", i'm really just saying "this is correct because i designed the algorithm correctly"... *_*
